John Hargreaves is the UK's longest established and one of the most highly respected independent manufacturers of corrugated board, corrugated sheet and corrugated rolls for box makers and the packaging industry. We have been recycling since 1874 and manufacture all our fully recyclable corrugated packaging in our own mill, which is located on the outskirts of Manchester, England, we offer very fast turnaround times and can deliver to meet your deadlines using our own satellite tracked transport fleet.

Single Face

Our environmentally friendly product is the best alternative to bubble wrap and plastic packaging. The single face rolls are biodegradable, recyclable and compostable making our material the optimum choice for packaging.

Although we hold probably the largest stocks of Single Face Rolls in the UK, our single face corrugated is supplied on standard 75m rolls and can be cut at any height from 100mm up to 2500mm, being able to manufacture specific sizes and score – please note minimum orders will apply.

Double Face

Double face corrugated sheetboard can be custom manufactured in either brown or white, using a variety of Kraft, Test and fluting papers in a range of weights to suit your own production requirements. In Single Wall corrugated board, we supply B, C and E flutes, and Twin Wall is available in BC and EB flute.

Every order is custom made to client specifications; sheet widths can be anything from 200mm up to 2470mm and chop lengths can be specified from 500mm up to 3200mm. We can also incorporate machine scoring to match box and case designs.
